Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases made on discoverly.eu are non-refundable and non-exchangeable , unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated below.

1. General Rules

discoverly.eu provides digital services that are delivered immediately after purchase or trial activation. By completing a purchase or starting a trial, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method and acknowledge that access to the service begins right away.

Refunds are granted only where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical failure that prevents reasonable use of the service. Refund requests must be submitted to support@discoverly.eu and may require supporting evidence (such as screenshots or error descriptions). All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Personal reasons (e.g. change of mind or unmet expectations)
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to cancel before the trial or billing period ends
• Lack of usage of the service

2. EU Consumer Notice

If you are a resident of the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase.

However, by starting your trial or subscription , you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the service is provided , unless the service is defective. In such cases, only a proportional refund may apply where required by law.
